Learn from yesterday,
live for today,
hope for tomorrow.
The important thing is to never stop questioning. – Albert Einstein
I believe that curiosity is one of our greatest gifts. I became a therapist because I believe that one of the most important things we discover in life is who we are… what makes us unique. Nothing raises more questions about who we are then when life throws challenges our way, or when we find ourselves struggling with feelings we are not comfortable with. Helping people, older and younger, find the best inside themselves is one of the things I love to do the most.
Every therapist has areas of expertise. I have done a lot of training and work in trauma, adoption issues for all members of the constellation, anxiety, depression and challenges that first arise in childhood and adolescence. I work with all ages, and have had clients as young as three and as old as eighty-nine. I am honored that so many have trusted me over the years with their hearts and their lives. And as much as they learn from me, I also learn from them.
It is the supreme art of the teacher
to awaken joy
in creative expression and knowledge. – Albert Einstein
